一、化學(xué)名稱：磷酸二氫鈉

二、分子式：NaH₂PO₄，NaH₂PO₄·H₂O，NaH₂PO₄·2H₂O

三、分子量：無水物：120.01；一水物：138.01；二水物：156.01

四、CAS：無水物：7558-80-7；一水物：10049-21-5；二水物：13472-35-0

五、性狀：無色柱狀結(jié)晶。無臭。稍有潮解性。相對密度2.04。熔點(diǎn)60℃。易溶于水。不溶于乙醇。100℃以下加熱，可溶于結(jié)晶水形成一水鹽。加熱至100℃失去結(jié)晶水而成無水物，繼續(xù)加熱則變?yōu)槠姿徕c。

六、用途：緩沖劑、品質(zhì)改良劑、乳化劑、營養(yǎng)增補(bǔ)劑、抗氧化增效劑、鹽水穿透助劑、糖澄清劑、穩(wěn)定劑、凝膠劑、禽類燙毛劑。

七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復(fù)合塑料編織袋，每袋凈重25kg。

八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：本品應(yīng)貯存在干燥通風(fēng)清潔的庫房中，裝載運(yùn)輸時要輕裝輕放，防止包裝破損，防止受潮、受熱，運(yùn)輸過程中防止雨淋受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離。

5. Character: It is colorless column crystal, odorless, slightly deliquescence. The relative density is 2.04 and melting point is 60℃. It is easily soluble in water but insoluble in ethanol. If heated below 100℃, it can dissolve in its’ own crystal water and convert to monohydrate salt. When heated up to 100℃, it’ll lose crystal water and change to anhydrous substances, which will become Sodium Metaphosphate if it continues to be heated.

6. Usage: In food industry, it is used as buffering, character improving agent, emulsifier, nutrition supplement, antioxidant additive, brine penetrable agent, sugar clarifier, stabilizer, coagulant and fowl scalding agent. 

7. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.  

8、Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
