背景（Background）

脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白2（FABP2），也稱為脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白質(zhì)、腸道脂肪酸結(jié)合（FABPI）、腸道型脂肪酸結(jié)合肽（I-FABP）。FABP2屬于calycin超家族和脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白（FABP）家族。FABP2/FABPI在小腸中表達(dá)，在大腸中表達(dá)水平低得多，在空腸中表達(dá)最高。FABP被認(rèn)為在長(zhǎng)鏈脂肪酸及其?；o酶a酯的細(xì)胞內(nèi)運(yùn)輸中發(fā)揮作用。FABP2可能參與富含甘油三酯的脂蛋白合成。FABP2以高親和力結(jié)合飽和長(zhǎng)鏈脂肪酸，但與不飽和長(zhǎng)鏈脂酸的親和力較低。FABP2還可以通過(guò)充當(dāng)脂質(zhì)傳感器來(lái)幫助維持能量穩(wěn)態(tài)。
