背景（Background）

Frizzled-4（FZD4）也被稱為FzE4、CD344，屬于G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體Fz/Smo家族。大多數(shù)卷曲受體與β-連環(huán)蛋白規(guī)范信號(hào)通路偶聯(lián)，導(dǎo)致凌亂蛋白的激活、GSK-3激酶的抑制、β-連環(huán)素的核積累和Wnt靶基因的激活。FZD4包含一個(gè)FZ（卷曲）結(jié)構(gòu)域。FZD4可能參與組織形態(tài)發(fā)生和/或分化組織中極性信息的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)和細(xì)胞間傳遞。FZD4與MAGI3和去甲靈（NDP）相互作用。
