蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by a PA tag, and has a calculated MW of 55.1 kDa. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 60 kDa in SDS-PAGE.

肽基脯氨酰順?lè)串悩?gòu)酶FKBP4（PPIase FKBP4）也稱為親免疫蛋白FKBP52。FKBP4是親免疫蛋白家族的成員，在免疫調(diào)節(jié)和涉及蛋白質(zhì)折疊和運(yùn)輸?shù)幕炯?xì)胞過(guò)程中發(fā)揮作用。FKBP4與FK506結(jié)合蛋白1A（FKBP1A）在結(jié)構(gòu)和功能上具有高度相似性，但與FKBP1A不同，該蛋白與FK506復(fù)合時(shí)沒(méi)有免疫抑制活性。FKBP4與干擾素調(diào)節(jié)因子-4相互作用，在B和T淋巴細(xì)胞的免疫調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)中起著重要作用。
