單克隆抗體mAb-729與人CC趨化因子受體CCR7反應(yīng)。該基因編碼的蛋白質(zhì)是G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體家族的成員。該受體被鑒定為由愛潑斯坦-巴爾病毒（EBV）誘導(dǎo)的基因，被認(rèn)為是EBV對B淋巴細(xì)胞影響的介質(zhì)。這種受體在各種淋巴組織中表達(dá)，并激活B和T淋巴細(xì)胞。它已被證明可以控制記憶T細(xì)胞向炎癥組織的遷移，并刺激樹突細(xì)胞成熟。趨化因子（C-C基序）配體19（CCL19/ECL）已被報道為該受體的特異性配體。由該受體介導(dǎo)的信號調(diào)節(jié)淋巴結(jié)中的T細(xì)胞穩(wěn)態(tài)，也可能在T細(xì)胞的活化和極化以及慢性炎癥發(fā)病機制中發(fā)揮作用。
