背景（Background）

Diablo同源物線粒體（Diablo）也被稱為低pI的直接IAP結(jié)合蛋白和第二線粒體衍生的胱天蛋白酶激活劑（SMAC），可以與BIRC2/c-IAP1、BIRC3/c-IAP2、XIAP/BIRC4、BIRC6/bruce和BIRC7/livin相互作用。通過(guò)對(duì)抗凋亡蛋白抑制劑（IAP）的抑制活性，DIABLO還可以通過(guò)激活細(xì)胞色素c/Apaf-1/caspase-9通路中的胱天蛋白酶來(lái)促進(jìn)凋亡。此外，DIABLO通過(guò)抑制BIRC6/bruce與胱天蛋白酶的結(jié)合來(lái)抑制其活性。此外，DIABLO在下調(diào)XIAP/BIRC4豐度的能力方面存在缺陷。
