信號淋巴細胞活化分子（SLAM）家族的自身配體受體，也稱為CD150，是CD2蛋白家族SLAM亞家族的原型成員。由同型或異型細胞間相互作用觸發(fā)的SLAM受體正在調(diào)節(jié)多種免疫細胞的激活和分化，從而參與先天性和適應(yīng)性免疫反應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)和相互連接。活性受小細胞質(zhì)銜接蛋白SH2D1A/SAP和/或SH2D1B/EAT-2存在與否的控制。SLAMF1誘導的T淋巴細胞信號轉(zhuǎn)導事件與B細胞不同。I型跨膜糖蛋白信號淋巴細胞活化分子（SLAM）。
