蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 39.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-66 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）
B7-H7（HHLA2）是新發(fā)現(xiàn)的調(diào)節(jié)人類T細胞功能的B7家族成員。B7-H7以前被稱為人內(nèi)源性逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒-H長末端重復(fù)結(jié)合2（HHLA2），功能不明。最近，B7-H7已被確定為人類CD28H的特異性配體。在TCR信號存在的情況下，B7-H7-CD28H通路通過AKT依賴性信號級聯(lián)強烈促進CD4+T細胞增殖和細胞因子產(chǎn)生，表明B7-H7包含一種新的共刺激通路。B7-H7的第一個IgV結(jié)構(gòu)域可能與一個假定的受體結(jié)合，與其他B7家族成員顯示出最高的同源性。
