背景（Background）
VEGFR2也稱為CD309，是VEGFR的亞型之一。VEGF受體是血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）的受體。VEGFR有三種主要亞型，編號為1、2和3。VEGF受體具有由7個免疫球蛋白樣結(jié)構(gòu)域組成的細胞外部分、一個跨膜區(qū)和一個含有分裂酪氨酸激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域的細胞內(nèi)部分。VEGF-A與VEGFR-1（Flt-1）和VEGFR-2（KDR/Flk-1）結(jié)合。VEGFR-2似乎介導了幾乎所有已知的細胞對VEGF的反應。VEGFR-1的功能不太明確，盡管它被認為可以調(diào)節(jié)VEGFR-2信號傳導。VEGFR-1的另一個功能可能是充當假受體/誘餌受體，將VEGF與VEGFR-2結(jié)合隔離開來（這在胚胎血管生成過程中似乎尤為重要）。此外，VEGFR2能夠在VEGF激活后與HIV-1細胞外Tat蛋白相互作用，似乎可以增強卡波濟氏肉瘤病變中的血管生成。
