蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）
Recombinant Protein G, His Tag is fused with the polyhistidine tag at N-terminus and a single cysteine at C-terminus. The reducing (R) protein migrates as a 29 kDa polypeptide. Protein G Protein can bind to human IgG1 Fc.

背景（Background）
Protein G是一種免疫球蛋白結(jié)合蛋白，在C組和G組鏈球菌中表達(dá)，與A蛋白非常相似，但具有不同的特異性。它是一種65 kDa（G148蛋白G）和58 kDa（C40蛋白G）的細(xì)胞表面蛋白，通過與Fc區(qū)結(jié)合在純化抗體中得到了應(yīng)用。天然分子也結(jié)合白蛋白，然而，由于血清白蛋白是抗體來源的主要污染物，白蛋白結(jié)合位點(diǎn)已從這種重組形式的Protein G中去除。
