背景（Background）
CD抗原CD98又稱4F2細胞表面抗原重鏈（4F2hc）、4F2重鏈抗原、溶質載體家族3成員2（SLC3A2）、淋巴細胞活化抗原4F2大亞基，是一種單程I型膜蛋白，屬于SLC3A轉運蛋白家族。SLC3A2/CD98在所有受試組織中普遍表達，在腎臟、胎盤和睪丸中檢測到最高水平，在胸腺中檢測到最低水平。SLC3A2/CD98是輕鏈氨基酸轉運蛋白功能所必需的，也參與苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸、精氨酸和色氨酸等大中性氨基酸的非鈉依賴性、高親和力轉運。CD98參與引導和靶向LAT1和LAT2至質膜。當與SLC7A5或SLC7A8結合時，CD98通過跨膜立體選擇性運輸L-亞硝基半胱氨酸（L-CNSO）參與小分子量亞硝基硫醇的細胞活性。與ICAM1一起，通過產生和傳遞細胞內信號來調節(jié)極化腸細胞中的LAT2轉運活性。
