This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 27.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 33-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

FOLR3，也稱為葉酸受體γ，是FR的成員。葉酸及其還原衍生物通過兩種廣泛表達的轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白進行轉(zhuǎn)運，即還原葉酸載體（RFC）和質(zhì)子偶聯(lián)葉酸轉(zhuǎn)運蛋白（PCFT），以及通過一個被稱為葉酸受體（FR）的糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI）錨定受體家族進行轉(zhuǎn)運。葉酸受體（FR）是通過內(nèi)吞作用運輸葉酸的高親和力受體。人類FR存在三種亞型，α和β帶有GPI錨，γ沒有GPI錨。
