Mast/干細胞生長因子受體試劑盒(c-Kit)是蛋白激酶超家族、Tyr蛋白激酶家族和CSF-1/PDF受體亞家族的成員,也被稱為花斑性狀蛋白(PBT)、p145 c-Kit、酪氨酸蛋白激酶試劑盒和CD117,其中包含五個Ig樣C2型(免疫球蛋白樣)結(jié)構(gòu)域和一個蛋白激酶結(jié)構(gòu)域。CD117作為細胞因子KITLG/SCF的細胞表面受體,在調(diào)節(jié)細胞存活和增殖、造血、干細胞維持、配子發(fā)生、肥大細胞發(fā)育、遷移和功能以及黑色素生成中起著至關重要的作用。作為對KITLG/SCF結(jié)合的反應,CD117可以激活多種信號通路。此外,活化的KIT促進蛋白磷酸酶PTPN6/SHP-1和PTPRU以及轉(zhuǎn)錄因子STAT1、STAT3、STAT5A和STAT5B的磷酸化。
