This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 28.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 38-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

背景（Background）

B7基因家族在調(diào)節(jié)適應(yīng)性免疫系統(tǒng)中至關(guān)重要。其中之一是最近發(fā)現(xiàn)的B7H6。人類和大鼠只有一個(gè)B7H6基因；然而，在爪蟾基因組中的單個(gè)大簇中檢測(cè)到許多B7H6基因。
