Human FCRL5 Protein, His Tag (FC5-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 16 - Gly 851 (Accession # Q96RD9-1).
蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)（Molecular Characterization）
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 93.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 105-125 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
