癌胚抗原相關(guān)細胞粘附分子5（CEACAM5）也是癌胚抗原（CEA）、胎糞抗原100、CD抗原CD66e，CEACAM5屬于免疫球蛋白超家族和CEA家族。CEACAM5含有七個Ig樣（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域。CEACAM5是一種同源二聚體蛋白，與大腸桿菌Dr粘附素結(jié)合導(dǎo)致同源二聚物解離。CEACAM5是細胞表面糖蛋白，在細胞粘附和細胞內(nèi)信號傳導(dǎo)中起作用。CEACAM5是E.coli Dr粘附素的受體。
