背景（Background）

B7同源物3（B7-H3）是免疫球蛋白超家族的成員，也被稱為CD276，其包含兩個Ig樣C2型（免疫球蛋白樣）結(jié)構(gòu)域和兩個Ig-樣V型（免疫蛋白樣）構(gòu)造域。B7-H3可能參與調(diào)節(jié)T細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的免疫應(yīng)答。B7-H3還通過抑制自然殺傷介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞裂解在腫瘤細(xì)胞中發(fā)揮保護(hù)作用，以及作為檢測神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤細(xì)胞的標(biāo)志物的作用。此外，B7-H3參與急性和慢性移植排斥反應(yīng)的發(fā)展以及粘膜表面淋巴細(xì)胞活性的調(diào)節(jié)。它還可以在整個妊娠期為胎盤和胎兒提供合適的免疫環(huán)境方面發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。
