Nectin-4（基因名PVRL4，脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒受體樣4）是一種66kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，屬于Ig超家族蛋白的Nectin家族。凝集素是細(xì)胞粘附分子，在上皮細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、免疫細(xì)胞和神經(jīng)元細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和成年生活中，在各種生物過程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，如極性、增殖、分化和遷移。在50%、49%和86%的乳腺癌、卵巢癌和肺癌中，凝集素-4是一種腫瘤相關(guān)抗原，主要用于預(yù)后不良的腫瘤。在相應(yīng)的正常組織中未檢測到其表達(dá)。
