TNF-beta分子背景
TNF-beta是腫瘤壞死因子家族的成員，是淋巴細胞產(chǎn)生的細胞因子。該蛋白質(zhì)具有高度的誘導(dǎo)性、分泌性，并與淋巴毒素β形成異三聚體，將淋巴毒素α錨定在細胞表面。該蛋白還介導(dǎo)多種炎癥、免疫刺激和抗病毒反應(yīng)，參與發(fā)育過程中次級淋巴器官的形成，并在細胞凋亡中發(fā)揮作用。該基因的遺傳變異與麻風(fēng)病4型、心肌梗死、非霍奇金淋巴瘤和銀屑病關(guān)節(jié)炎的易感性有關(guān)?；蛘?，已經(jīng)觀察到該基因的剪接轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。
