NSE分子背景

神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶（NSE）是已知的糖酵解酶烯醇化酶的細(xì)胞特異性同工酶。它也被稱為γ烯醇化酶或烯醇化酶2（ENO2）。它對廣泛的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)（CNS）神經(jīng)元具有神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)和神經(jīng)保護(hù)特性。NSE是神經(jīng)元和外周神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞的高度特異性標(biāo)志物。在臨床上，NSE可作為神經(jīng)元損傷的生物標(biāo)志物。
