CD229，也稱為Ly9和SLAMF3，是CD2家族SLAM亞組中一種120 kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白。信號(hào)淋巴細(xì)胞活化分子（SLAM）家族受體在調(diào)節(jié)先天性和適應(yīng)性免疫反應(yīng)中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。CD229在T和B細(xì)胞、胸腺細(xì)胞上表達(dá)，在NK細(xì)胞上表達(dá)較弱。CD229分子之間的同源結(jié)合是由N端Ig樣結(jié)構(gòu)域介導(dǎo)的。
