CXCL4分子背景
CXCL4或血小板因子4（PF4）是屬于CXC趨化因子家族的一種小細(xì)胞因子。這種趨化因子以同源四聚體的形式從活化血小板的α顆粒中釋放出來，對(duì)肝素具有高親和力，并參與血小板聚集。CXCL4對(duì)中性粒細(xì)胞和單核細(xì)胞具有趨化性，同時(shí)也是造血、血管生成和T細(xì)胞功能的抑制劑。CXCL4/PF4在人肝纖維化中上調(diào)，并通過介導(dǎo)星狀細(xì)胞增殖、遷移和肝內(nèi)免疫細(xì)胞募集在實(shí)驗(yàn)性肝纖維化中發(fā)揮非冗余的功能作用。
