白細(xì)胞介素-5受體亞基α（IL5RA）也稱為IL-5受體亞基、IL-5R亞基α和CD125，CD125是一種單程I型膜蛋白，屬于I型細(xì)胞因子受體家族和5型亞家族。IL5R是α和β亞基的異二聚體，在嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞和嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞上表達(dá)。IL5RA/CD125是白細(xì)胞介素-5（IL5）的受體，α鏈可以與IL5結(jié)合。IL5RA的WSXWS基序似乎是正確蛋白質(zhì)折疊所必需的，從而有效地進(jìn)行細(xì)胞內(nèi)運(yùn)輸和細(xì)胞表面受體結(jié)合。IL5R的β亞基是IL3、IL5和GM-CSF受體共有的。
