Sortilin是高爾基體隔室中的分選受體，也是細(xì)胞表面的清除受體。通過獨立于甘露糖-6-磷酸受體（M6PR）的途徑將蛋白質(zhì)從高爾基體運輸?shù)饺苊阁w所需。溶酶體蛋白特異性結(jié)合高爾基體中的受體，產(chǎn)生的受體-配體復(fù)合物被轉(zhuǎn)運到酸性前溶酶體室，在那里低pH值介導(dǎo)復(fù)合物的解離。然后，受體通過與逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶的結(jié)合被再循環(huán)回高爾基體進(jìn)行另一輪運輸。
