IL-17RC分子背景
白細(xì)胞介素-17受體C（IL-17 RC），也稱為IL17Rom、IL-17RL，是IL17A和IL17F同源二聚體的受體，是IL17RA異二聚體復(fù)合物的一部分。IL-17A活性被IL-17RA抑制，IL-17F被IL-17RC抑制，并且需要可溶性IL-17RA/IL-17RC受體的組合來(lái)抑制IL-17F/IL-17A活性。此外，IL17RC的激活可以誘導(dǎo)炎性趨化因子和細(xì)胞因子如CXCL1的表達(dá)。
