SN52 is an effective, competitive, and cell permeable NF- κ B2 inhibitor peptide, with a sequence containing 26 amino acids. SN52 is a variant of SN50 peptide that inhibits the nuclear translocation of p52 RelB heterodimer. SN52 has a strong radiosensitization effect on prostate cancer cells. SN52 can be used for cancer research.
