ATI 2341 is a CXCR4 allosteric agonist peptide composed of 16 amino acids, with the N-terminus of the peptide blocked by palmitic acid. ATI 2341 induces chemotaxis of CXCR4 expressing cells in vitro, mobilizes polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs) from the bone marrow niche in vivo, and affects G13 and β- The inhibitory protein exhibits a signal transduction bias towards the Gi protein.
