CTCE-9908 is a branched peptide composed of Lys. CTCE-9908 (0-300 μ G/mL; Continuously inhibit the migration and growth of CXCR4 in ovarian cancer cell lines (IGROV, TOV21G, and SKOV3) for 10 days. CTCE-9908 inhibits the migration of ovarian cancer cells to CXCL12. CTCE-9908 does not cause apoptosis or cell aging in ovarian cancer cells, but can induce multinucleation, G2-M blockade, and abnormal mitosis in ovarian cancer cells. CTCE-9908 relieves regulation of DNA damage checkpoint proteins and spindle assembly checkpoint proteins during the G2-M phase of the cell cycle.
