EphA2分子背景
受體酪氨酸激酶與位于鄰近細胞上的膜結(jié)合的肝配蛋白-A家族配體混雜結(jié)合，導(dǎo)致接觸依賴性雙向信號傳導(dǎo)進入鄰近細胞。受體下游的信號通路稱為正向信號通路，而肝配蛋白配體下游的信號途徑稱為反向信號通路。由配體ephrin-A1/EF1激活，調(diào)節(jié)細胞的遷移、整合素介導(dǎo)的粘附、增殖和分化。通過DSG1/橋粒糖蛋白-1和抑制ERK1/ERK2（分別為MAPK3/MAPK1）信號通路調(diào)節(jié)細胞粘附和分化。與配體ephrin-A5/EF5結(jié)合可以調(diào)節(jié)晶狀體纖維細胞的形狀和相互作用，對晶狀體透明度的發(fā)展和維持很重要。ephrin-A2/EF2可能通過調(diào)節(jié)破骨細胞生成和成骨細胞生成在骨重塑中發(fā)揮作用。
