Thrombopoietin分子背景

血小板生成素（TPO）是一種332個(gè)氨基酸的糖蛋白，主要在肝臟中產(chǎn)生，是血小板產(chǎn)生的主要生理調(diào)節(jié)因子。TPO結(jié)合TPO受體，激活JAK和STAT通路，從而刺激巨核細(xì)胞生長和血小板生成。此外，進(jìn)一步的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，血小板生成素是促進(jìn)骨髓消融后造血反彈的關(guān)鍵細(xì)胞因子，其轉(zhuǎn)錄物由多種細(xì)胞來源表達(dá)。
