Integrin αvβ1分子背景
整合素α-5/β-1是纖維蛋白原的受體。整合素α-1/β-1、α-2/β-1，α-6/β-1和α-7/β-1是lamimin的受體。整合素α-4/β-1是VCAM-1的受體。它識別VCAM-1中的序列Q-I-D-S。整合素α-9/β-1是VCAM-1、細胞觸覺素和骨橋蛋白的受體。它識別細胞觸覺素中的序列A-E-I-D-G-I-E-L。整合素α-V/β-1也是玻連蛋白的受體。Beta-1整合素在多種配體中識別R-G-D序列。異構體2干擾異構體1，對細胞粘附和遷移（體外）產生顯性負面影響。當與α-7/β-1整合素結合時，調節(jié)細胞粘附和層粘連蛋白基質沉積。
