Nectin-4分子背景
Nectin-4（基因名PVRL4，脊髓灰質(zhì)炎病毒受體樣4）是一種66kDa的I型跨膜糖蛋白，屬于Ig超家族蛋白Nectin家族。Nectins是細胞粘附分子，在發(fā)育和成年過程中，對上皮細胞、內(nèi)皮細胞、免疫細胞和神經(jīng)元細胞的極性、增殖、分化和遷移等各種生物過程起著關(guān)鍵作用。Nectin-4是一種腫瘤相關(guān)抗原，分別占乳腺癌、卵巢癌和肺癌的50%、49%和86%，主要發(fā)生在預(yù)后不良的腫瘤上。在相應(yīng)的正常組織中未檢測到其表達。
