Description：Apelin是跨膜G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體APJ的內(nèi)源性配體，在組織中廣泛分布，心血管、腎臟、神經(jīng)和大腦等系統(tǒng)中均有表達。Apelin/APJ系統(tǒng)具有增強心肌收縮力，降低血壓，促進血管生長，調(diào)節(jié)胰島素的分泌，垂體激素釋放及體液平衡等多種生物學效應。Apelin前體肽由77個氨基酸殘基組成，隨后被裂解為不同氨基酸長度的片段，包括：Apelin-12、Apelin-13、Apelin-17和Apelin-36等，這些多肽都可以通過多肽合成生產(chǎn)出來。研究表明Apelin-17可以促進血小板聚集以及促進體外血栓形成，同時APJ受體阻斷劑F13A抑制Apelin-17誘導的血小板聚集和體外血栓形成作用。此外Apelin-17具有協(xié)同血小板激活劑凝血酶誘導的血小板聚集。
Apelin is an endogenous ligand of the transmembrane G protein coupled receptor APJ, widely distributed in tissues and expressed in cardiovascular, renal, neural, and brain systems. The Apelin/APJ system has various biological effects such as enhancing myocardial contractility, lowering blood pressure, promoting vascular growth, regulating insulin secretion, pituitary hormone release, and humoral balance. Apelin precursor peptides are composed of 77 amino acid residues, which are then cleaved into fragments of different amino acid lengths, including Apelin-12, Apelin-13, Apelin-17, and Apelin-36. These peptides can all be produced through peptide synthesis. Research has shown that Apelin-17 can promote platelet aggregation and in vitro thrombosis, while APJ receptor blocker F13A inhibits Apelin-17 induced platelet aggregation and in vitro thrombosis. In addition, Apelin-17 exhibits synergistic platelet activator thrombin induced platelet aggregation.
