Description：Saralasin是血管緊張素II的改造片段多肽，序列中的個(gè)氨基酸Asp換成了Sar，第5位的氨基酸由Ile換成Val，第8個(gè)氨基酸Phe換成了Ala，由8個(gè)氨基酸組成的多肽，序列中含有非天然氨基酸Sar，可以用于高血壓的鑒別診斷藥。Saralasin對(duì)血漿血管緊張肽Ⅱ水平過(guò)高所致高血壓患者有顯著降血壓作用。
Saralasin is a modified fragment peptide of angiotensin II, with the first amino acid Asp replaced by Sar, the fifth amino acid Ile replaced by Val, and the eighth amino acid Phe replaced by Ala. It is a peptide composed of eight amino acids and contains a non natural amino acid Sar in the sequence, which can be used as a differential diagnostic drug for hypertension. Saralasin has a significant antihypertensive effect on patients with hypertension caused by high plasma angiotensin II levels.
