Description：Nesiritide Acetate是一條含有32個氨基酸的多肽，最先是利用重組DNA技術(shù)從大腸桿菌(Escherichiacoli)中獲得的合成型人類腦利鈉肽(brainnatriureticpeptide，BNP)，作用與人類BNP極其相似。研究表明，以人工合成的Nesiritide為主要原料的藥物在心力衰竭，特別是急性心力衰竭的治療中具有明確的療效。

It was the first synthetic human brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) obtained from Escherichia coli using Recombinant DNA technology, and its function is very similar to that of human BNP.
