MCH (Salmon) is a polypeptide found in the pituitary gland of teleost fish, consisting of 19 amino acids and belonging to a group of neuropeptides. Melanin Concentrating Hormone, Salmon TFA is a ligand of SLC-1/GPR24 and MCHR2, which has physiological functions in regulating food intake, energy balance, sleep status, and cardiovascular system. Due to Melanin Concentrating Hormone and Salmon TFA having a disulfide bond structure, their half-life is relatively long.
