Foxy-5 is a WNT5A agonist, a peptide composed of six amino acids. Foxy-5 (TFA) can be used without affecting β- Activation of catenin triggers cytoplasmic free calcium signaling and inhibits the migration and invasion of epithelial cancer cells. Foxy-5 (TFA) can effectively reduce the metastasis and diffusion of prostate cancer cells with low expression of WNT5A in an in situ mouse model.
