Description：五肽胃泌素(Pentagastrin)為白色或類白色粉末，是由5個氨基酸組成的小分子多肽，肽鏈的N端由Boc封閉。以五肽胃泌素為主要原料的藥物能促進胃酸、胃蛋白酶及內(nèi)因子的分泌，其促胃酸分泌作用相當于內(nèi)源性胃泌素的1/4，作用可持續(xù)10-40分鐘。臨床上五肽胃泌素主要用于胃酸分泌機能的檢查。
Pentagastin is a white or almost white powder. It is a small molecular peptide composed of five amino acids. The N end of the peptide chain is closed by Boc. Drugs with pentapeptide Gastrin as the main raw material can promote the secretion of gastric acid, pepsin and internal factors. Its gastric acid secretion promoting effect is equivalent to 1/4 of endogenous Gastrin, and the effect lasts for 10-40 minutes. Clinically, pentapeptide Gastrin is mainly used to check the function of gastric acid secretion.
