1、對氯苯甲酰氯與苯甲醚反應法對氯苯甲酰氯與苯甲醚反應后,再經(jīng)水解、脫甲基反應制得。2、對氯苯甲酰氯與苯酚反應法將苯酚9.4g(0.1mol)溶于4ml10%氫氧化鈉溶液中,于40~45℃滴加對氯苯甲酰氯14ml(0.110mol),30min內(nèi)加畢,同溫保溫反應1h。冷卻至室溫,過濾,干燥,得對氯苯甲酸苯酯22.3g。收率96%,熔點99~101℃。
用作醫(yī)藥非諾貝特中間體。
