RJW100 is a potent liver receptor homolog 1 (LRH-1, NR5A2) and steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1, NR5A1) agonist with pEC50s of 6.6 and 7.5, respectively[1]. RJW100 also causes strong activation of the miR-200c (miRNA-200c, microRNA-200c) promoter[2].

RJW100（化合物24-exo）在1微摩爾時(shí)幾乎完全置換出與SF-1結(jié)合的PIP2磷脂[1]。
使用未與任何磷脂形成復(fù)合物的人類(lèi)LRH-1配體結(jié)合域（hLRH-1 LBD）進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)，結(jié)果顯示，在RJW100（化合物24-exo；濃度范圍0至100微摩爾）結(jié)合后，hLRH-1 LBD在天然PAGE遷移中出現(xiàn)了明顯的劑量依賴(lài)性變化[1]。
RJW100能夠強(qiáng)烈激活miR-200c啟動(dòng)子，并顯示出強(qiáng)大的能力下調(diào)ZEB1和ZEB2蛋白的表達(dá)[2]。
