生物活性

Fibrinogen (Bovine) is a selective proteolytic molecule that can be activated by thrombin to assemble fibrin clots. Fibrinogen can regulate the activation of NF-KB in endothelial cells and upregulate the expression of inflammatory chemokines MCP-1 and MCP-1. Fibrinogen plays a key role in blood clotting, thrombosis, atherosclerosis and the pathological development of venous grafts, and can be used in the study of blood clotting and vascular diseases[1][2][3].

Fibrinogen (0.3, 2, 4 mg/mL; 30 分鐘) 可以誘導(dǎo)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞層對(duì)白蛋白的通透性劑量依賴(lài)性增加能引起內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞間的間隙形成，導(dǎo)致白蛋白泄漏[2]。
Fibrinogen (2, 4 mg/mL; 1, 6, 12, 24 小時(shí)) 通過(guò)內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞單層的泄漏隨時(shí)間和劑量的增加而增加[2]。
Fibrinogen (4 mg/mL; 30 分鐘) 會(huì)導(dǎo)致 F-actin 的形成以及內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞單層的間隙形成呈劑量依賴(lài)性增加[2]。
