The reaction was stirred for approximately 4 hours under H2 (3739 ml, 155.8 mmol) and was then purged with nitrogen gas before removing the catalyst by filtration through a glass fiber pad. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to yield the desired product (8.08 g, 95.6%).
