The reaction was quenched with sat. aq. NazCCb (20 mL), and the mixture was extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layer was dried over anhydrous Na2SO4. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography on silica gel (eluent: DCM/MeOH =30:1) to give the title compound as a white solid. LC-MS (m/z): [M+H]+ = 144.1. |
