Stir at 60C for 3.0h in an air atmosphere. Then the mixture was cooled to room temperature, after cooling and filtering, it was concentrated under reduced pressure. Purified by silica gel column chromatography (developing solvent: petroleum ether: ethyl acetate = 80:1), 29.81 mg of the white solid target product was obtained with a yield of 54%. |
