| In vitro | VU0420373 (compound 2e) exhibits an IC50 of >60 μM for both Newman aerobic and Newman anaerobic conditions. Additionally, at a concentration of 40 μM and over exposure periods of 2, 4, 6, and 8 hours, it can pre-adapt Staphylococcus aureus to withstand toxic levels of heme (20 μM). |
