    Sulfur dioxide urea, as a reducing agent, is widely used in the printing and dyeing industry for wool bleaching, dyeing with reduced and sulfurized dyes, as a reducing detergent for dispersed dye dyeing, and as a depigmenting agent for discharge dyeing. Used in organic synthesis to reduce ketones, quinones, nitro groups, azo groups, azo oxides, azo oxides, diazonium compounds, and organic sulfides. Sulfur dioxide urea is also used as a decolorizing agent, a sensitizer for photographic gel latex, a chemical reagent for separating rare metals rhodium and iridium, and can improve the stability of polyethylene. Adding sulfur dioxide urea during the evaporation process of polyacrylonitrile and polymerization can improve the color of polyacrylonitrile and is an important supporting product for synthetic fiber production. This product is also widely used in the production of fine chemical products such as pharmaceuticals and spices.
