Pharmacological actions:

tetramisole hydrochloride is one of the broadest spectrum anthelminthic. It is equally effective against Nematodes(both adult and larval forms),Cestodes(both heads and segments) and Trematodes(mature flukes only).It is also ovicidal and reduces environment contamination. Tetramisole Hydrochloride is a  broad-spectrum anthelmintic.Treatment of diseases caused by nematodes, roundworm. It has high effect to nematodes, tapeworm and trematodes of livestock and poultry.

-Gastro-intestinal worms: Haemonchus,Ostertagia,Trichostrongylus,Strongloides,Bunostomum,

Cooperia,Nematodirus,Chabertia,Oesophagostomum,Toxocara.

-Lungworms:Dictyocaulus,Muellerius,Protostrongylus,Neosrongylus,Cystocaulus.

-Tapeworms: Moniezia spp.

-Mature flukes:Fasciola spp,Dicrocoelium

Lanceolatum.
