| In vitro | SR31527 (50 μ M ; 24h) induced the formation of multiple Spindle apparatus in MDA-MB-231, BT549 and MDA-MB-435s cells.[1]
SR31527 (0-100 μ M ; 96 hours, 10-12 days) reduces the cell viability and colony formation of breast cancer cells, and is less cytotoxic to LL47 cells.[1] |
