| 體外活性 | Resolvin D2 is a potent inhibitor of TRPV1 (IC50 = 0.1 nM) and TRPA1 (IC50 = 2 nM) in primary sensory neurons. It may be ideal for the treatment of periapical lesions by promoting positive regression of inflammation and regeneration of pulp-like tissue following root canal infection. Resolvin D2 also reduces leukocyte-endothelial cell interactions in vivo through endothelium-dependent nitric oxide production and direct modulation of leukocyte adhesion receptor expression.
