Additionally, it exhibits significant binding affinity for the Sigma 1 Receptor (S1R), with a K i value of 160 nM [3]. At a higher concentration of 100 μM, Phenyltoloxamine inhibits the CYP2D6 enzyme in human liver by 99.0% [4]. |
